The 2015 Line up!

Headline Act Lucy Spraggan makes a return to the music stage she visited as an "up and comer" in 2012. Now about to release her 3rd album, she's always been an LBQ favourite.

Planet London is proud to sponsor the cinema this year, bringing Jane Clark's Crazy Bitches (starring Cathy De Buono and Guinevere Turner), Kittens in A Cage, Pride, Brace, Tru Love & A Perfect Ending to the screen alongside filmmakers Jane Clark, Jake Graf and Alicya Eyo to Q&A sessions.

As usual there will be a wide range of workshops for all tastes, including the Sex Academy, and the Polari Salon, independent authors, Planet London will be hosting a ‘LBQ Visibility in the Media’ Discussion Panel including Alicya Eyo and Kathy Caton.

Laughing Cows comedy always finish the festival with a huge audience and this year will be no exception as Bethany Black, Cucumber and a firm lesbian funny favouriteZoe Lyons Mock of the week take to the stage.

What to expect

The programme includes arts (making things), culture (panels, author readings, film screenings), live music from LBQ artists, club nights, sports (yoga, cycling, bubble football, rounders), a very popular dog show, and so much more. There is a daycare facility for children and family-friendly activities all day.

Guide to accommodation

Our quick run down to the accommodation on offer. Your event ticket includes camping space, or you can splash out on a deluxe camping experience, or a local hotel - we can help you to make the right decision!


The whole festival is accessible with wheelchair viewing ramps, disabled camping area, and disabled toilets.

Travelling to the Festival

Uttoxeter Racecourse has its own train station on site! That's right, get off the train and it is a very short walk across the grounds! If you're driving there is onsite parking.
