1. What is your artist name?

2. How would you describe what you do?

We're a 2 piece band that writes, records and performs our own original songs and a few covers. In terms of the type of music we do its kind of hard to describe . We've asked a lot of our friends what type of music we play and the closest thing we’ve come up with so far is alternative folk, rock-pop filled with lots of harmonies.

3. How long have you being performing/working?

Coco: Being sisters we started playing as teenagers when I  was 14 and Holly was 16 so that makes like 9 years playing on and off.

4. What has been the highlight of your career to date?

Coco: For me, so far its been playing the Forum on our support tour with Matt Berry & the Maypoles. It was the biggest crowd we played to to date and we played with a full band behind us so got a massive buzz from that. Although, we are also playing at Scala on the 10th March 2016 for the last show of our support tour with Will Varley so will see if it can top it.

Holly: Playing Bestival was pretty fun, had a lot of friends there and a good celebration once we finished playing.

5. Have you worked/performed for/with anyone famous?

We toured with Matt Berry in December last year who is a British comedian/actor who also plays and sings with a band called the Maypoles who are really amazing. We are just finishing up our tour with Will Varley who is an awesome singer songwriter and all round showman. Ooh and we did some filming for a movie last year called 'Access all areas' which should be coming out sometime this year and had the girl from Narnia (Georgie Henley), one of the singers from Rizzle Kicks, and quite a few famous british actors including Phil Daniels & Jo Hartley amongst others. So we did a scene with them and met a few of the cast briefly.

6. If you could perform/work with anyone, who would it be?

Can say hands down for me I' d love to perform or work with Jenny Lewis & any of the members of Rilo Kiley, particularly Blake Sennet. Saw George Clinton last year on the Mothership returns tour with Parliament and Funkadelic and it blew my mind the amount of artistry and skill that was on that stage. Don't think we could perform with them cos in all honestly would not be able to keep up but would definitely love to be mentored by any one of them. Ooh and Warpaint, would love to Jam with them. They seem like really cool girls and have a great vibe.

7. What is your guilty pleasure?

Coco: Hmm I love watching really shit reality tv like millionaire matchmaker or cooking programs and real estate programs.

Holly: Conspiracy theories!

8. Tell us one secret about yourself.

Coco: Its not really a secret but I have recently started taking Salsa classes. A friend of mine started teaching classes and originally went to support him for the taster session but ended up really enjoying it so have stuck with it. The class is called 'Never too late' and runs every tuesday at the Mostart Centre in Stoke Newington for anyone who is interested. Like I never thought I'd be interested in that sort of thing but is actually great!

Holly: Well If I told you one then it wouldn’t be a secret anymore.

 9. How and why did you get into this profession?

Holly started writing songs from a young age and I was learning guitar so we decided to play an open Mic Night and then met a band there that introduced us to our long term friend and manager Dean and then just carried on gigging and luckily were introduced to some really good people such as our current co-manager Danny Watson & the Sunday Best team who are amazing. In terms of why, I think just because we enjoy creating music. And when you get a good response to it, whether its one person or lots its an awesome feeling.

10. When you're not working what do you like to do to chill out?

Pretty much be a couch potato and watch TV like binge watch Netflix, and even though it technically still counts as working, even in our spare time, we're always working on new songs or just messing around with music.
